As the founder of the “Compassion Justice Peace and Prayer for Nations” movement, I, Rev. Iftikhar Indryas, am honored to share the story of our journey—a journey deeply rooted in the teachings of Christ and dedicated to transforming lives through acts of love, justice, peace, and prayer.
A Vision Rooted in Faith
Our vision is to create a world where Christ’s compassion touches every heart, where justice is accessible to all, peace reigns in every community, and prayer serves as a powerful unifying force. This vision drives every initiative we undertake, aiming to uplift the marginalized and oppressed, reflecting the core values of the gospel in every action.
Education for All: New Covenant School System
One of our cornerstone achievements is the establishment of the New Covenant School System, comprising two schools—one for girls and one for boys. Recognizing the transformative power of education, we constructed these schools to provide quality education to children who might otherwise be denied this fundamental right. By offering a safe and nurturing environment, these schools empower young minds with knowledge and skills, fostering a new generation of leaders committed to justice and peace. The New Covenant School System embodies our belief that education is a cornerstone of social equity and a crucial tool in breaking the cycle of poverty.
Combatting Child Labor and Brick Kiln Slavery
Our movement has also been at the forefront of the fight against child labor and brick kiln slavery. These practices, which rob children and families of their freedom and dignity, are prevalent in many regions. Through relentless advocacy and on-ground initiatives, we have helped rescue numerous children from these harsh conditions, providing them with opportunities for a better future. Our work includes not only freeing these individuals but also ensuring their rehabilitation and reintegration into society, supported by education and vocational training.
Protecting Minor Christian Girls from Forced Conversions
Another critical area of our work is protecting minor Christian girls from forced conversions. This practice is a severe violation of human rights and religious freedom. By raising awareness, providing legal support, and working closely with affected communities, we have been instrumental in safeguarding these vulnerable individuals. Our efforts ensure that they can live their lives free from coercion and in accordance with their beliefs.
Advocating for Social Justice and Equality
Since 1998, our movement has been a staunch advocate for social justice and equality. Our work spans various initiatives aimed at dismantling systemic inequalities and promoting a fairer society. Whether through public speaking, community organizing, or policy advocacy, we continuously champion the cause of the oppressed. Our approach is deeply rooted in the gospel’s call for justice and the belief that every person is created in the image of God and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
Defending Human Rights and Advocating for World Peace
As a defender of human rights and an advocate for world peace, I have dedicated my life to promoting the fundamental rights of every individual and fostering a global culture of peace. By working with international organizations, participating in peace-building initiatives, and advocating for policies that uphold human dignity, we strive to create a world where everyone can live in freedom and harmony. Our efforts are a testament to our commitment to the universal principles of human rights and the pursuit of lasting global peace.
A Mission of Compassion and Prayer
Central to all our work is the commitment to compassion and prayer. True change is not only achieved through action but also through the spiritual strength derived from prayer. Regular prayer meetings and spiritual gatherings are integral to our movement, providing a foundation of faith and community support.
Reflecting on our journey, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities to serve and the countless lives we have touched. The “Compassion Justice Peace and Prayer for Nations” movement is more than just an initiative; it is a divine mission inspired by the teachings of Christ. Our work in education, anti-slavery efforts, protection of religious freedoms, advocacy for social justice, and defense of human rights is a testament to our unwavering commitment to making the world a better place.
As we move forward, I invite you to join us in this mission. Together, we can continue to spread the compassion of Christ, seek justice, promote peace, and unite in prayer, creating a world that reflects the Kingdom of God.
